Afforza Tennis Club Project Completed in the summer of 2024, the Afforza Tennis Club project marks an exciting venture into commercial work for YYC Builders. We were thrilled to take on the challenge of enhancing the main entrance to this prominent tennis facility, allowing us to showcase our craftsmanship in a highly visible space. Our first step involved the demolition and removal of the existing deck, making way for a brand new composite deck constructed using Timbertech’s elegant Coconut Husk color. This choice not only adds aesthetic appeal but also ensures durability for the high-traffic area. The design of the new deck features a thoughtful extension that runs down the side of the building, creating a cohesive flow and enhancing accessibility. Additionally, we refinished the retaining walls along the building’s side with composite materials, ensuring a polished and modern appearance that complements the overall design. To further elevate the entrance, we collaborated with our landscaper to refresh the interiors of the planting beds, incorporating new mulch, shrubs, and decorative rocks. This landscaping enhancement adds vibrancy and life to the entrance, creating an inviting atmosphere for visitors. Beyond the main deck, we also completed two smaller decks at other entrances on the property, ensuring that every access point to the Afforza Tennis Club is both functional and visually appealing. The client was thrilled with the transformation, and their customers are now enjoying a beautiful and welcoming entrance to the tennis club.
